Meet Neesha

Neesha Desai, PharmD is an award-winning community pharmacist, educator, and researcher. With more than two decades of frontline experience, she brings together deep clinical knowledge, ethical leadership, and a long-standing commitment to patient dignity.

She currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas, where she mentors pharmacy students in healthcare quality and patient-centered care.

Neesha was recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Inventory Management for her work in preventing medication errors and strengthening pharmacy systems, always with a focus on protecting patients and improving their health outcomes.

Neesha's science-grounded approach elevates compassion as a foundational human value —never an afterthought, but an integral part of every decision and action. With deep roots in community pharmacy, her commitment to these essential principles continues to shape her path forward.
